Cancellation:

NagMag magazine requires fourteen clear days notice, before the insertion or the next insertion, in writing of cancellation, or reduction in the advertisement size, or full payment will be charged due to its position within the magazine.

Goods and Services advertised on this Website:

Any goods and services purchased from merchants, traders or advertisers on this site by browsers are done so by the browser and such activity has nothing to do with NagMag magazine. NagMag magazine have no responsibility, obligations or liability in relation to the Merchandise.

Use of Information on this Website:

www.nagmagmedia.com allows browsers to access, download, and send material from this site for your own personal use but not for commercial purposes.

Advance payment:
NagMag is entitled to demand advance payment in respect of Advertisements to be inserted.

Non-payments or overdue payments:
In the event of non-payment or overdue payment of an invoice, the Advertiser or advertising agent shall be deemed to be in default of payment and from the due date of the invoice shall be subject to late payment charges – A late payment charge of 1.5% (or the maximum rate permitted by law) per month may be applied. The late payment charge is applied to the total unpaid balance due and outstanding.
